- Travellers arrive at a themed “terminal” and check-in via uniformed staff or branded kiosks.
- They enjoy a welcome drink and snack in the airline lounge.

- Boarding leads into the Super Reality Dome, configured to resemble a jet interior with dinner style cabin seating.
- The Super Reality Dome wraps guests in dynamic 360° visuals and immersive surround sound.
Destination Reveal & Themed Food & Beverage
- Service begins with themed cocktails and small bites aligned to the destination - for Tokyo, sake-based drinks and Japanese appetisers; for Paris, wine, cheese and patisserie elements.
- The flight transits from pre-flight ambience into destination-specific scenes: cityscapes, natural vistas, cultural landmarks as we ‘land’ at the destination.
- Each “flight” offers a distinct menu, music, décor and 360 projected destination content.
- Travellers are encouraged to “book another flight” to visit new destinations and taste new experiences - fostering loyalty and word-of-mouth.
